Bookfairy Business 🧚‍♂️

Masham Trip 5/2/2020

Today me and my mum and step dad went on a Geocaching expedition around the many public footpaths of Masham. A quaint marker town here in North Yorkshire England. Minus losing my walking stick and having to contact the nature reserve we had a great time walking around the Marsfield Nature Reserve and Masham town. Although only seeing one stall a lady selling clothes on the small market square. With lots of tea rooms there we decided to go into Johnny Baghdad’s for fish cakes soup and a sandwich 🥪. Then walked round in a loop through the wetlands and nature reserve. Rae losing her stick 😔 on the way. 4 out of 9 geocaches found the others being DNFS we had a good time and the weather stays great until it went dark at 5 ish. Seemed to stay light earlier tonight for some reason. Here’s the photos of today. Enjoy reading and looking!

Book fairies are people who, when they’ve finished reading a good book, want a unique and fun way to pass it on to the next person. They pop an official book fairy sticker on it, which reads ‘take this book, read it & leave it for the next person to enjoy’, and they might even add a ribbon to dress it up as a gift. Thirsk Garden Centre

Got to love going to Thirsk Garden Centre on the way to work on a Thursday afternoon. (some bizarre reason it’s not letting me upload anymore photos.) Had a pleasant lunch 🥗 out with the family and just love the quirkiness and the little library there.

A Happy New Year?

Ok, so this is very bad indeed that I’ve not been seen on here since bonfire night last year but have been around and about doing my random acts and still plan to update and use my blog a bit more this year in 2020!! Here’s some recent pictures of my antics out taking photos for Instagram and out walking and geocaching. We did the Wixley wander this January and was a bit too muddy going out geocaching with my mum and step dad. By the way it’s my Step dads birthday today so HAPPY BIRTHDAY TEZ!!! ☺️🥳
